"Company", "we", "us", refers to Skylinks Asia Aviation, an aircraft charter brokerage registered in Islamabad, Pakistan. "Client", "you", refers to the individual or entity requesting or purchasing charter services. "Operator" refers to the licensed air carrier that physically operates the flight. "Aircraft" refers to the specific plane utilized for the charter flight.
Skylinks Asia Aviation acts solely as an independent aircraft charter broker and consultant. We are not a direct air carrier and do not own or operate any aircraft. All flights arranged by us are operated by licensed, certified third-party air carriers operating under their own Air Operator Certificate (AOC). The Operator is solely responsible for the operational safety, maintenance, and insurance of the Aircraft.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that we serve as an intermediary to source, negotiate, and coordinate charter flights on your behalf.
All charter quotes provided by Skylinks Asia Aviation are subject to aircraft availability and are valid for a period of 48 hours from the time of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are also subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, airport slot fees, or overnight crew costs if the itinerary is altered.
A deposit or full payment is required to secure the aircraft and block the schedule. Typically, 50% of the total charter cost is due upon signing the charter agreement to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to departure. Funds must be remitted via wire transfer to our designated bank account.
Cancellation policies are dictated by the specific Operator's terms, which will be outlined in the final charter agreement. However, general guidelines are as follows:
If the Operator cancels the flight due to mechanical failure, weather, or other reasons beyond the Client's control, and a suitable replacement aircraft cannot be sourced, a full or pro-rata refund will be issued.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate passenger manifests, cargo weights, and dimensions in a timely manner. For cargo charters, the Client must ensure all goods are legally documented, packaged, and declared. For dangerous goods (DGR), the Client must provide accurate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Shipper's Declarations.
The Client agrees to comply with all security directives and instructions given by the Operator's crew and ground personnel.
Skylinks Asia Aviation shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages arising from the acts or omissions of the third-party Operator, including but not limited to flight delays, loss of baggage, or cargo damage. The Client's recourse for operational issues lies directly with the Operating carrier and their insurance policies.
Our liability is strictly limited to the brokerage fee or commission earned on the specific transaction.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
